A: If you are an Otterbein Faculty/Staff member, then the End User Desktop Computing package is available to you at no cost. Just register and you're ready to go. All other packages are available at a nominal quarterly fee, depending on the package. See the registration page for more info. If you are not a member of Otterbein's Faculty or Staff, then the courses are available for a one year subscription for either $199.95 (End User packages), $249.95 (Technical packages), $259.99 (Business Skills Videos packages), or $32.95 (Specialty packages).
