Any Otterbein faculty or staff member may register for MindLeaders web-based training courses.

Otterbein will provide free access to the "End User Desktop Computing" group of courses. For a list of these courses click here.

Faculty and staff members may register at any time. If registration occurs beyond the first week of an academic quarter, then the registration will be held for the following term. Registration is good for one academic quarter and must be renewed each term. Faculty and staff members will not receive any official credit or recognition for the courses they complete. Access is provided solely as a service, by the College, for the purpose of personal/professional development and skill-building.

Because there is a real cost to Otterbein for each person who registers, continued support of any individual is contingent on their actually utilizing the courses once they have registered. Individuals who fail to make minimal progress in any quarter for which they are registered, will not be allowed to register in a later quarter without a source of funding (either personal or departmental).

In addition to the End User Desktop Computing courses, there are nine other categories of Mindleaders courses available. Faculty and staff members who wish to register for any of these must also have a source of funding (either personal or departmental). To see what other courses are available click one of the links below:
